1 All games will be played under FIFA rules with these exceptions or clarifications: Todos los partidos seran jugados on reglas FIFA con estas excepciones y clarificaciones:
2 All games shall be played with a maximum of 5 players: 4 field players and a goal-keeper. Todos los partidos seran jugados con un maximo de 5 jugadores: 4 jugadores de cancha y un portero.
3 All games will be 30 minutes (15 minutes per half) with a 1 to 2 minute half-time. Todos los partidos seran de 30 minutos (15 minutos por tiempo) con un medio tiempo de 1 a 2 minutos.
4 The referee may start the clock even if the players are not ready at the designated time. Los arbitros pueden empezar el tiempo del partido aun si los jugadores no estan listos al tiempo designado.
5 Substitution may only be done when the ball is not in play with the referee's permission (from midfield).  There is an unlimited number of substitutions allowed. Cambios solo cuando el balon no esta en juego y con el permiso del arbitro (de medio campo).  No hay ningun limite de cambios permitidos.
6 No slide tackles are allowed at an opponent.  A play may slide tackle if there are no opponents around. No habra barridas contra oponentes.  Si se puede hacer una barrida si no hay ningún contrario alrededor.  
7 Please note that a goalie may only slide at an opponent with his/her hands and not with his/her feet. Se hace notar que los porteros solo pueden aventarse contra los rivales con las manos y no con los pies
8 All re-starts are indirect kicks with the exception of penalty kicks and corner kicks. Todas los re-empezadas son indirectos con la excepcion de los penales y tiros de esquina.
9 No throw-ins, all are kick-ins. No hay saques de banda, todos son kick-ins.
10 The distance to the ball in a re-start must be 3 yards. Minima distancia al balon es de 3 yardas.
11 Red-Card: a team must play short for 3 minutes and the player who got a red card may not play in the game anymore. Tarjeta Roja: el equipo debera jugar corto por 3 minutos y el jugador quien obtuvo la tarjeta roja no podra jugar por el resto del partido.
12 A penalty kick will be taken from the middle of the top line of the goal area 7 yards away from the goal and all players must be behind an imaginary line, parallel to the goal line, which is 10 yards from the goal line. Un penal sera tomado de la linea de arriba del area 7 yardas de la linea de meta y todos los jugadores deberan estar atras de una linea imaginaria, paralela a la linea de gol, a 10 yardas de la linea de gol.
13 In a penalty kick, the designated player must be within one yard of the ball when the referee blows his wistle (no running start). En un penal, el jugador designado tendra que estar a no mas de una yarda del balon cuando el arbitro pita (no se puede encarrerar desde lejos).
14 No off-side. No hay fueras de lugar.
15 Minimum of 3 players to play. Minimo numero de jugadores para jugar es de 3.
16 Teams must be ready to play at the designated time, there will be no waiting time. Todos los juegos empezaran a la hora designada, no abra tiempo de prorroga.
17 All teams must be in one side of the field and fans in the other side. Todos los equipos deberan estar de un lado de la cancha y los fans en el otro.
18 Goal-kicks maybe taken anywhere with-in the goal area or even by hand by the goalkeeper.   The ball may not be still to re-start a goal kick. Los saques de meta podran ser tomado de cualquier parte adentro del area grande o tambien puede ser sacado con la mano por el portero. El balon puede estar en movimiento para re-empezar el juego en un saque de meta.
19 No kick or throw inside the keeper area, either during play or re-start, may pass the half-line on the air.  If so, an indirect free kick will be awarded at midfield to the other team. El balon no puede ser pateado o aventado con la mano en el area despues de media cancha en el aire.  Si es este el caso, un tiro libre indirecto en la media cancha sera otorgado.
20 No re-start, with the exception of penalty-kick or corner kick, may go to the opposition's goal area in the air.  If so, an indirect free kick will be awarded at the goal area to the other team. En ningun re-inicio de juego, con la excepcion de un penal o tiro de esquina, puede el balon ir en el aire al area del portero opuesto.  Si es este el caso, un tiro libre indirecto en el area sera otorgado.
