PLAYER REGISTRATION: All
players must be registered on their teams' registration form
before the tournament begins. Any team or player determined by
the event director to have falsified the name, age or skill
level will be dismissed from the tournament. All players must
carry identification proof, i.e.: driver’s license, passport,
etc. The document must be an original and must have the players
name, birthdate and a recent picture. The team must produce
the identification proof immediately upon request from the
tournament officials. |

ROSTERS: All
rosters are final upon the beginning of pool pay. No player may
participate in a game unless he/she is registered in the
official roster form. |

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: The
maximum number of players on a team will be 22 players per team. |

GENDER: No males
will be allowed to participate in any female divisions, except
co-ed division. Females may play in male divisions. |

EQUIPMENT: All
players must wear shin guards and may not wear anything deemed
dangerous to the referee of tournament officials. Teams are
responsible for providing game balls (at least one acceptable
game ball per game). |

UNIFORMS: All
teams must have at least two different set of uniforms (distinct
colors). If in the opinion of the referee both teams have
similar colors, then the home team must change colors. |

FIELD DIMENSIONS: They
will be specify by FIFA regulations. |

Referee Fee: Each
team must pay $40 before each game.
At that time, the team will receive a game roster form,
which will be filled in by the team and turned in to the referee
before the game begins. All games will be refereed by 1
referee with the exception of semi-finals and Finals, which will
be officiated by 2
referees. |

GAME DURATION: The
duration of the game shall be 20 minutes with a 3-minute
half-time. Group (pool) games tied after regulation play shall end in a
tie. Playoff games cannot end in tied. |

PLAYOFF OVERTIME: There
will no be additional time in games where a winner must be
determined. The game will go directly into penalty kicks if
there is tie at end of regular time. In 7v7 games, the game
will go 3 penalty kicks. |

SCORING (IN POOL PLAY): 3
points for a win; 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. A
forfeit by a team is scored as 3-0 win. A double forfeit will
be scored as a 0-0 tied. In the coed mix division, a
goal by a female player counts double. |

TIEBREAKERS: In
pool play, ties between two or more teams will be broken by; 1)
points; 2) goal difference in pool play; 3) most goals scored
for in pool play; 4) head to head results between tied teams; 5)
coin flip. |

PLAYER EJECTION (YELLOW/RED CARD): Referees
have the right to eject a player from the game for continual
disobedience or as a result of an incident that warrants sending
the player off. RED CARD suspension (or two yellows in the same
game) = rest of game PLUS next game. Tournament Director may
eject player for rest of tournament. A player under these
circumstances must pay a fine of $50 to be able to play again. |

Yellow Cards: A
player that receives a single yellow card in two different games
will be suspended in the next game unless he is re-instated by
paying the corresponding fine. The fine in this circumstance
is $50. |

SPORTSMANSHIP: Players,
coaches and spectators are expected to act in the nature of good
sportsmanship at all times. Abuse of the referees will not be
tolerated. Any instance of such conduct will disqualify the
responsible team from the event. |

PROTEST: A team
may protest a game. The protest form will be available at the
tournament and must be filled in. Please note that a referee
decisions (such as if a play was a foul or not, handball,
offside, etc.) may not be protested. All
protests must be filed before the games end. |

Free Substitutions: There
will be free substitutions, which means a team may have an
unlimited number of substitutions during the game and a player
that was substituted out may go back into the game.
All substitution must be authorized by the referee. |

Slide Tackles close to an opponent will not be permitted. A
player slide tackling could receive a yellow or even a read
card. Players may slide tackle if an opponent is not in
the play. Goalkeepers may also not slide tackle with their
feet, but they may slide tackle with their arms. |

En the coed-mix division, only 4 male players
may play at the time. An unlimited numbers of female
players may participate in the game. |

Off-side. There will not be off-side if
a pass does not come from the air. Therefore if the pass
comes from the ground (not on the air) then there is no offside. |

Game Duration: All games will be
20-minute halves with a half-time of 3 minutes. |

All restarts are indirect free kicks with the
exception of penalty kicks. |
23 |
No restart (indirect free kick), with the exception of a penalty
kick, may be kicked in the air. If so, an
indirect free kick will be awarded at the place where it landed
to the opposite team. |

When the goal-keeper has the ball controlled
inside the penalty area (with his feet or arms), he/she may NOT
pass or throw the ball in the air. If so, an indirect free
kick will be awarded at the place where it landed to the
opposite team. |

The opponent's distance to the ball in a
re-start must be at least 6 yards.

If a player receives a red card during the game, his/her team
must play short for at least 5 minutes.
This player may not participate in this game and furthermore,
the player may not participate for at least the next game. |

A game may not continue or start if a team does not have at
least 4 players in the field to start the game. |
28. |
A referee may start the clock of the game even
if the players are not ready at the designated time. |
