| 1 | PLAYER
REGISTRATION: All players must be registered on
their teams' registration form before the a game is played. Any team or
player determined by the event director to have falsified the name, age
or skill level will be dismissed from the tournament. All players must carry identification proof, i.e.: driver’s license, passport, etc. The document must be an original and must have the players name, birthdates and a recent picture. The team must produce the player's identification proof immediately upon request from the tournament officials. |

DEL JUGADOR: Todos los jugadores deben estar
registrados en el formulario de registro de sus equipos antes que
jueguen algún partido. Cualquier equipo o jugador determinado por el
director del evento que haya falsificado el nombre, la edad o el nivel
de habilidad será expulsado del torneo. Todos los jugadores deben llevar una prueba de identificación, es decir, licencia de conducir, pasaporte, etc. El documento debe ser original y debe tener el nombre del jugador, la fecha de nacimiento y una foto reciente. El equipo debe presentar la prueba de identificación inmediatamente a solicitud de los oficiales del torneo. |

| 2 | ROSTERS: All
initial rosters must be turned in Friday night at 9:00 PM. The
deadline to turn-in rosters will be Saturday at 11:50 PM. Any player registered after 9:00 PM on Friday will be charged $100 per player,. No player may participate in a game unless he/she is registered in the official roster form. The tournament will provide each player with bracelets for each day, which the players must wear at all time. |

| 4 | A player may
only play in one team in the tournament (even if its in a different
division). There will be an exception with players that participate in the Veteran's division, they will be able to play in one more division. |

| 5 | NUMBER OF
PLAYERS: The maximum number of players free of
charge on a team will be 22 players per team. If a team wants to register more players (up to maximum of 35 players), the team must play $100 per additional player. |

| 7 | Veterans (35
and over). Only players that are 35 years or
older on the day of the tournament will be eiligible to play in this
divisions. All players must carry their original official ID since they must produce it if a tournament official asks for it. Only official government ID's may be used. |

| 8 | EQUIPMENT: All
players must wear shin guards and may not wear anything deemed dangerous
to the referee or tournament officials. Teams are responsible for providing game balls (at least one acceptable game ball per game). |

| 9 | UNIFORMS: All
teams must have at least two different set of uniforms (distinct
colors). If in the opinion of the referee both teams have similar colors, then the home team must change colors. All uniforms must have different numbers on the back of at least 8 inches high. |

| 11 | Referee Fee: Each
team must pay all the referee fees for Saturday at check in ($200
per game per team for 11v11 games,

$50 per 7v7 youth game per team) At that time, the team will receive an official copy of the game roster form, which will be filled in by the team and turned in to the referee before the game begins. There will be at least 3 referees per game in 11v11 games and 1 referee for 7v7 games. Without this paid and filled in form, the referees will not start the game. |

| 12 | GAME DURATION: The
duration of the game shall be 30 minutes per half with a 5-minute
half-time (20 minutes per half in 7v7 games). Pool games tied after regulation play may end in a tie. Playoff games (single elimination) cannot end in a tie. |

| 13 | PLAYOFF
OVERTIME: There will no be additional time in games
where a winner must be determined. The game will go directly into penalty kicks if there is tie at end of regular time (5 penalty kicks). |

| 14 | SCORING (IN
POOL PLAY): 3 points for a win; 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. A forfeit by a team is scored as 2-0 win. A double forfeit will be scored as a 0-0 tied. A team must be present to be able to win by forfeit unless it already has an agreement with tournament officials. |

| 15 | TIEBREAKERS: In
pool play, ties between two or more teams will be broken by; 1) points; 2) goal difference in pool play; 3) most goals scored for in pool play; 4) head to head results between tied teams; 5) Drawing. If it is to determine the order of teams that have already advanced, then the tournament officials will decide the order. |
15 | DESEMPATES:

| 16 | PLAYER
EJECTION (RED CARD): Referees have the right to
eject a player from the game for continual disobedience or as a result
of an incident that warrants sending the player off. The tournament officials may expel a player from the tournament or give a suspension of more than 1 game. The team that received a red card (or two yellows in the same game) will receive a $200 fine and must be pay this fine before the next game. The player may play in the next game if the tournament officials determine the red card was not grave. For youth games, there are no red card fines, however a player with a red card cannot play in the next game. |
16 | EXPULSIÓN DEL
JUGADOR (TARJETA ROJA): Los árbitros tienen el
derecho de expulsar a un jugador del juego por desobediencia continua o
como resultado de un incidente que justifica la expulsión del jugador.
Los directores del torneo pueden expulsar al jugador por el resto del torneo o dar una suspensión de un juego o mas. | 17 | Yellow Cards: A
team will be fined $100 if its player recieved a yellow
card in two different games (does not have to be in consecutive games). This fine must be paid before the team's next game. Note: yellow cards are no erased when the tournament changes rounds. For youth games, there will not be yellow card fines. |
17 | Tarjetas

| 18 | SPORTSMANSHIP: Players,
coaches and spectators are expected to act in the nature of good
sportsmanship at all times. Abuse of the referees will not be tolerated. Any instance of such conduct could disqualify the responsible team from the event. |

| 19 | PROTEST: A
team may protest a game. The protest form will be available at the
tournament and must be filled in. Please note that a referee decisions
(such as if a play was a foul or not, handball, offside, etc.) may not
be protested. The cost to protest a game is of $250 and must be done to the tournament officials within 5 minutes of the end of the game. |
19 | PROTESTA:

turn in a filled-in roster form. The form is located at the tournament's website (print it and fill it in). It is not necessary for the players to be there. |

will receive a wristband

be waiting time, the
games will start on time. The referee may start the game clock if both teams are at the field, but not ready to start the game. There will not be a coin flip except on the finals. The home team will choose the side of the field and the visitor team will kick-off. |

be ready at the fields at
